Refund Policy

At SIRAC, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service in financial asset recovery and compliance. While we make every effort to achieve successful outcomes, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be requested. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and the conditions under which they may apply.

1. No Refund for Unsuccessful Asset Recovery

As part of our service model, SIRAC charges a service fee of 4% of the recovered amount, which is only invoiced once the client has unrestricted access to the recovered funds. Since our service fee is contingent on successful asset recovery, no refund will be issued if assets are not successfully recovered. Clients will only be invoiced once recovery has been completed and the funds are accessible.

2. Partial Refunds for Services Rendered

In the event that a client decides to terminate our services before the completion of asset recovery and while the recovery process is ongoing, a partial refund may be considered for any unearned fees. This refund would be calculated based on the scope of work completed up to the point of termination and the specific terms agreed upon in the individual service agreement.

3. Service Fees and Charges

  • Recovery Process Fees: As mentioned, our service fees are only due upon successful recovery of assets. No upfront payment is required unless specified otherwise in the contract.

  • Third-Party Fees: If third-party services are required for your case (e.g., legal consultations, forensic experts, etc.), these fees may not be refundable if incurred, even if recovery is not successful.

  • Advance Costs: In some cases, clients may choose to finance certain aspects of the recovery process. These costs, once incurred, are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is deemed applicable based on the terms outlined above, clients must submit a refund request in writing to our customer service team at finance@sicra.org. Our team will review the request and process it within 21 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

SIRAC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates or modifications.
